In the last few months there’s been a lot of talk about how Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle will respect the original and follow the spirit of the Robin Williams movie and his character. However, the trailers have suggested we’ll be dealing with a very different kind of film.
This time around a bunch of teens get morphed into a Jumanji videogame, which involves a nerdy teen boy becoming Dwayne Johnson, and a hot girl suddenly finding herself as Jack Black. And as the new trailer shows, the girl inside Jack has the hots for Johnson.
Here’s the synopsis: ‘In the brand new adventure Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, the tables are turned as four teenagers in detention are sucked into the world of Jumanji. When they discover an old video game console with a game they’ve never heard of, they are immediately thrust into the game’s jungle setting, into the bodies of their avatars, played by Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan. What they discover is that you don’t just play Jumanji –Jumanji plays you. They’ll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, or they’ll be stuck in the game forever…’
The movie is due out in December. Take a look at the new trailer below. [Read more…]

Not content with having directed a bid budget sci-fi movie this year (Alien: Covenant) has decided to squeeze in a drama as well – All The Money In The World.
Pixar have had a few titles that haven’t really given you much clue about the movie (at least without a little more int) – Up, Ratatouille, Inside Out – but you’ve have to be a genius to hear a film was called ‘Coco’ and and immediately know it was about somebody travelling to the Mexican Land of the Dead. However, that’s what happens in Pixar’s Coco.
