Former footballer turned surprisingly well-respected actor Cantona plays Detective Forgeat in this explosive action thriller where everyone is a suspect. Sophie Malaterre (Karine Vanasse) is fed up, with no work, no friends and no boyfriends on the horizon. When an acquaintance tells her about the holiday house swapping website SWITCH.com, Sophie jumps at the chance to stay in an apartment in Paris.

But soon after she arrives, she realises nothing is what it seems. After a murdered man is found in her bedroom, she escapes the police and goes on the run to prove her innocence. It’s up to Detective Forgeat to find Sophie before she, too, turns up dead. But things don’t go to plan and Forgeat finds himself getting in over his head and operating outside of the law in a bid to save Sophie and hunt down the real killer.

The original version of Wilfred, the multi-award winning Australian comedy series about a foul-mouthed, beer-swilling, pot-smoking dog that thinks it’s human (and the inspiration behind the recent US remake starring Elijah Wood) is out now on DVD as two separate releases, Wilfred: Season One and Wilfred: Season Two, both courtesy of Fabulous Films. Much edgier, slightly more sinister in tone and infinitely funnier than its toned down US counterpart, Wilfred is the brainchild of writers and stars, Jason Gann and Adam Zwar, and series director Tony Rogers and is a must-see show for comedy fans and for anyone who enjoyed the Americanized remake, which also stars Gann in the title role, but wants something with a bit more bite.

Ed Harris is always a good bet for quality entertainment, and the star of The Abyss and The Truman Show’s latest, Touching Home, arrives on DVD on March 19th, courtesy of Lionsgate Home Entertainment, and we’ve got two copies to give away.

In bringing Touching Home to the screen, Logan and Noah Miller accomplished the impossible. When their homeless father died alone in a jail cell, they vowed that their autobiographical film would be made as a dedication to their love for him. With no money and no contacts, they persuaded four-time Oscar nominee Ed Harris to star in the film and managed to assemble a cast and crew with 11 Academy Awards and 28 nominations between them.

In this emotionally charged drama, the Millers co-star as Lane and Clint Winston, twin brothers from a working class background who pursue professional baseball careers while trying to save their homeless, alcoholic father Charlie (Harris).

As the day of the heist dawns, lines are drawn as Lincoln sets out to re-enact the operation that sealed his fate, thereby initiating the ultimate showdown between the three expert snipers.
