Taylor Kitsch must be desperately hoping that he can score a hit soon, as his current cold streak is in danger of becoming a career killer. His latest attempt to find a success will be The Grand Seduction, director Don McKellars English-language remake of the Canadian drama La Grand Seduction, according to THR.
The movie will also star Brendan Gleeson as a man from a village that doesn’t have a doctor. He sets out to find a medic who agrees to come to the village for a while, but Gleeson and his compatriots are determined to seduce him to stay permanently.
Gorden Pinsent, Mary Walsh, Cathy Jones and Liane Balaban will also star as villagers in the Canadian indie movie. The movie should start shooting later this years.
