Towards the end of last week, a trailer and posters emerged for In Time, the intriguing looking sci-fi flick from Truman Show and Gatacca writer Andrew Niccol. However the people at Comic-Con got an extended version of the trailer, which has now been released for us all to view. It certainly gives us a better look at the movie, and its cast of pretty people, all living in a world where no one ages past their mid-20s. He’s the synopsis, ‘In the not-too-distant future the aging gene has been switched off. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. The rich can live forever, while the rest try to negotiate for their immortality. A poor young man comes into a fortune of time, though too late to help his mother from dying. He ends up on the run from a corrupt police force known as ‘time keepers’. The film stars Justin Timberlake, Cillian Murphy, Amanda Seyfried, Vincent Kartheiser, Olivia Wilde, Johnny Galecki, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew Bomer and should hit cinemas this October.
