Director Brett Ratner has added two more cast members to his upcoming project Tower Heist, with Gabourey Sidibe and Michael Peña both joining the cast, according to Deadline. Sidibe and Peña will play employees in a luxury apartment building who, led by Ben Stiller, attempt to rob the scheming man in the penthouse (Alan Alda), who is under house arrest for fraud after stealing the employees pensions.
It was announced a few days ago that Eddie Murphy will also star in the flick. Brett Ratner will direct from a script by Jeff Nathanson, who is rewriting Ted Griffin’s original screenplay. Production in set to start next month in New York.
