Even though it only started filming a few weeks ago, the first official images and videos from the set of Tarsem Singh’s The Immortals (previously known as War Of The Gods) have emerged, showing everything from star Henry Cavill in action to Tarsem discussing how he’s going to capture the action.
The Green mythology epic – which the director has described as Caravaggio meets Fight Club – follows the young warrior Theseus (Cavill), who leads his men into battle with the immortal Greek gods to defeat the elder gods of the Titans in order to save mankind. Cavill will be joined in the movie by Stephen Dorff, Luke Evans, Joseph Morgan, Kellan Lutz, Joseph Morgan, Freida Pinto, Mickey Rourke, John Hurt and Isabel Lucas.
