Now this is rather cool, in order to make sure no film in history has been hyped as much as James Cameron’s Avatar, a rather cool new interactive trailer has been launched through the official movie site, which allows you to download a special app that takes you into an interactive trailer. The way it works is that once the application has installed and launched, it plays the trailer, before pausing at various points and offering hotspots that you can click on. This then takes you into featurettes about various characters and offering behind-the-scenes info about the movie, as well as offering plenty of new footage. The application with also show you the latest Avatar Twitter updates and various other bits and pieces.
