While yesterday we posted the Russian trailer foe the all-action thriller Salt, now we can replace it with the English version, which gives us a much better idea of what’s going on. Jolie play CIA Operative Evelyn Salt, who goes on the run after being accused of being a Russian sleeper agent. She must not only prove her innocence and protect her family, but also stop the authorities from erasing any trace of her existence. Phillip Noyce (Clear And Present Danger, The Quiet American), is a dab hand at these sorts of thrillers, and despite the lack of English, the trailer does make it look like one to keep an eye on. The film, which co-star Liev Schreiber and Chiwetel Ejiofor, is due in cinemas on August 20th, 2010. Click below to see the trailer.
