Liam Neeson is going from play a talking lion god to a powerful Greek god, as the Aslan actor has recently finished filming his role as Zeus in the upcoming remake of Clash of The Titans (before moving onto the set of The A-Team to play Hannibal). Entertainment Weekly has now debuted images of Neeson on the set of Clash Of The Titans, so if you’d like to see him in all his beardy glory as well as a couple more pics from the Titans set, take a look below.
It’s also been announced today that Neeson has signed up to take a role in Paul Haggis’ (Crash) new movie, The Next Three Days. He joins an ever growing list of actors in the film, which is about a teacher (Russell Crowe) whose wife (Elizabeth Banks) is arrested for a gruesome murder she says she didn’t commit and he decides to help her escape. Neeson will play and ex-com and expert on prison escapes, who becomes involved with the husband’s plans. Brian Dennehy, Lennie James, Olivia Wilde, Aisha Hinds, Daniel Stern and RZA will also appear in the movie, which is based on the 2008 French film, Pour Elle. The film is shooting now and will be in cinemas next year.
