Filming on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is due to start on August 17th and so the makers are busy lining up the cast. The latest person to be fill our the roster of the third Twilight movie is little known Aussie actor Xavier Samuel, who will take the part of newborn vampire Riley.
Riley is a college student with a weakness for the villainous Victoria and gets involved in her plan to kill Bella (Kristen Stewart), in revenge for what happened to James in the first film. It’s against that backdrop that Bella must decide between vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) and werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner).
Xavier has starred in a few small movies, such as Angela’s Decision, Newcastle and Road Train, although this will be first major film role. However he adds to the roster of pretty young things in the Twlight movie and despite playing a villain, he’s sure to set a few teenage hearts aflutter when Eclipse, directed by David Slade (30 Days Of Night), is released on July 9th, 2010.
