The new international promo picture for Robert Zemeckis’ A Christmas Carol has already set the internet atwitter, and it’s not hard to see why, as it’s one of those images that’s just extremely cool. Take a look below to see the picture, which sees Jim Carrey’s Ebenezer Scrooge made of of a candle flame and smoke.
The film itself is another motion capture CG effort from Beowulf and Polar Express helmer Robert Zemeckis. Carrey will play both Scrooge and the ghosts who visit him, while Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Robin Wright Penn, Carey Elwes and Bob Hoskins will also be taking 3D CGI form in the film. It’s out on November 6th from Disney, but in the meantime, feast your eyes on the fabulous German poster below.
