Hot on the heels of completing Inglourious Basterds (well, Tarantino’s doing a few post-Cannes re-edits, but it’s pretty much done), rumours have started circulating that Quentin Tarantino and Brad Pitt are thinking about working together again on adaptations of the Millenium Trilogy, three popular books by Swedish authot Stig Larsson.
The first book in the trilogy is The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and it’s a bit of a ‘locked room’ mystery, where a magazine publisher finds himself investigating the dissappearance of an heiress, with all the suspects gathered on an island estate.
Things are still in the very early stages, but several sources have said Tarantino and Pitt are taking an active interest in the trilogy and may decide to adapt.
