Are you ready for Saw 3D? Does anyone still care? Well, Lionsgate is hoping you do. They’ve released the teaser for what they’ve confirmed at Comic-Con will be the last Saw movie (the original plan was to have another one next year to tie things up, but after Saw VI severely underperformed they’ve decided this should be the end). It’s also been revealed that in the game of release date chicken Saw 3D was having with Paranormal Activity 2, it’s the former that’s ducked. Both were due in cinemas October 22nd, with neither willing to give up the slot (a grudge match that got nastier when Saw deliberately stole Paranormal Activity’s director, even though he didn’t want to make Saw 3D, but was contractually obliged to), but now Saw 3D has moved back to October 29th to avoid the competition.
