While it's always been referred to simply as Sherlock Holmes 2, as with most franchises these days, the upcoming sequel is going to get a subtitle rather than a number. Up until know were haven't known what that would be, but now E! Online is reporting that they know what the full title will be, and it's about a generic as they come.
So what will it be? Well, it'll be called Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows. Maybe it'll all become clear when we see the film and it'll seem a brilliant title, but at the moment it just seems a bit lame, especially seeing as Conan Doyle's original Holmes stories often had brilliant titles they could have stolen from.
The movie, starring Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law, and once more directed by Guy Ritchie, will be in cinemas in December 16th.
