Following the success of Buried, Rodrigo Cortes has the world at his feet, and for a while he's been planning to make Red Light, about a para-psychologist who attempts to debunk a very reputable psychic who has just returned to the limelight after 30 years.
Sigorney Weaver has been attached to the flick for a while now, playing the woman who, along with her assistant, plans to debunk a world-renowned psychic. And who's going to play this person who claims to see the future? Well, according to Variety, it'll be none other than Robert De Niro.
Now there's a collection of actors and director who seem destined to make a great movie. The movie in set to start shooting in Spain and Canada next February. Cortes has written the screenplay himself.
