There was a bit of a mized reaction to the footage of Priest shown at Comic-Con, perhaps because last year people went wild over what they saw of Paul Bettany and director Scott Stewart's Legion, only to be disappointed by the film. Anyway, the trailer has now shown up online, so you can take a look and see what your first impressions of the film. Priest is a sort of supernatural The Searchers, with Paul Bettany as a warrior priest in a future that's been taken over by vampires, who sets out to track down his kidnapped niece and take revenge on the blood-suckers responsible for taking her. Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet and Maggie Q also star. Priest is due out next spring.
