Normally if the DC Comics logo comes up in a trailer you'd expect people with superpowers running around in costumes, but the graphic novel adaptation Red is something slightly different and potentially a whole lot of fun. Bruce Willis stars as Frank Moses, a retired black ops agent who becomes the target of a high-tech goverment assassination attempt and must get his old low-tech posse back together to fight off the threat. Alongide Bruce, the film also stars Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Karl Urban, Brian Cox, Richard Dreyfuss, Ernest Borgnine, Julian McMahon, James Remar and Rebecca Pidgeon. As this trailer shows, they've gone for a slightly tongue in cheek tone, which seems to work well, especially with Helen Mirren unable to stop killing people and John Malkovich going completely nuts. Red is currently scheduled for release this autumn, but click below to watch the first trailer.
