A few years ago, Michael Caine was in danger of becoming a bit of a joke, as he'd literally appear in anything, no matter how dreadful, as long as it paid his fee. However in the past couple of years he's had a bit of a career resurgence, appearing in good movie after good movie, and showing a range and talent that had been hidden for the best part of a decade. Now he's back as Harry Brown, an ex-serviceman who decides to dole out his own form of justice when his best friend is killed.
