Win The Hunger Games: Catching Fire On DVD! – We’ve got the massive hit to give away

14th March 2014 By Tim Isaac

There have been a lot of adaptations of young adults novels since Twilight, but only one has not only become a success but eclipsed its predecessor – The Hunger Games. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire grossed a gargantuan $864 million around the world at the cinema, and now it’s coming to the UK on DVD and Blu-ray on March 17th.

We’ve teamed up with Lionsgate UK to give away three copies of the two-disc DVD edition in this great competition!

Academy-Award winner Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss Everdeen in this action-packed, breath-taking movie. Katniss is home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) but is struggling to come to terms with what has happened and her feelings for close friend Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth).

Furthermore, the commandeering Capitol hasn’t finished with the pair yet. Winning means that they must once again leave their family and friends in District 12 to embark on a ‘Victor’s Tour’ of the other districts. Katniss senses that a rebellion is coming and that she might have something to do with it, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow (Donald Sutherland) prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games ‘The Quarter Quell’ – a competition that draws Katniss, Peeta and other previous victors back into the arena to fight once again for their lives. But it’s the game that could change Panem forever…
