The cast of Jurassic World is starting to come together, and now one more name is in the mix, as Josh Brolin is in early talks to join the movie, according to TheWrap. No deal has been offered yet, but it’s expected to go out soon.
Bryce Dallas Howard, New Girl’s Jake Johnson, Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson are also in talks to star, although none of their deals have been finalised yet. No official plot details have been released, although the film is believed to be set in a fully functioning dinosaur theme park on Isla Nublar, where the first Jurassic Park took place. It’s not known who Brolin might portray.
Colin Trevorrow is directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with his Safety Not Guaranteed co-scribe Derek Connolly, based on an earlier draft by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (Rise of the Planet of the Apes). Jurassic World is due in cinemas June 2015.
