DreamWorks Animation’s has been working on the CGI comedy B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations for quite a while now, and Seth Rogen and Melissa McCarthy have been attached almost as long as we’ve known it existed. However it’s only now they’ve got some company, as TheWrap reports that Matthew Bomer and Rashida Jones have joined the voice cast.
Rogen is set to play as a newbie ghost called Jackson Moss, who works for the Bureau of Otherworldly Operations. This is a top-secret government agency staffed by spooked, which is dedicated to protecting humans from evil hauntings. He and his partner, Watts (Melissa McCarthy), uncover a plot to destroy the agency. They head off on a mission to take down the agency’s Most Wanted Haunter and save the world.
Rashida Jones is set to play Seth Rogen’s still living ex-wife, while Matthew Bomer will be her new husband.
Anthony Leondis is set to direct from a script by Tom Wheeler. The film is out June 2015.
