Jack Black is reuniting with his Orange County director, Jake Kasdan, as he’s signed up for a cameo role opposite Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz in Sex Tape, according to TheWrap.
The film is about a married couple (Segel and Diaz) who decide to spice up their marriage by making a sex tape. As this is a movie, things go horribly wrong when they lose the tape the next morning, setting in motion a chaotic search to find the tape before anyone else can watch it.
Jack Black has signed for a ‘scene-stealing cameo; as the CEO of a porn company. Rob Corddry has also joined the cast, playing the couple’s trustworthy friend who helps them look for the video.
Jake Kasdan is directing from a screenplay by Kate Angelo (The Back-Up Plan). Filming is set to begin this autumn, with Diaz set to slot the film in before she goes off to make Annie.
