Yesterday we posted the first pics from The Ides Of March, and now a couple versions of the poster and the trailer have arrived. The film will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival and is currently set for UK release on October 28th. The George Clooney directed political drama sees Ryan Gosling as an idealistic staffer for a newbie – and rather amoral – US Presidential candidate (Clooney), who gets a crash course on dirty politics during his stint on the campaign trail. The film is based on a play by Beau Willimon and also stars Marisa Tomei, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Evan Rachel Wood and Paul Giamatti.
