Iron Man 2 stars Sam Rockwell and Mickey Rourke are teaming back up, and being joined by Christopher Walken for Seven Psychopaths, which already has Colin Farrell attached to star. According to Variety, they’re all on for the black comedy, which is being directed and written by In Bruges helmer Martin McDonagh.
The story follows a screenwriter (Farrell) struggling for inspiration for his script, alled Seven Psychopaths, who gets drawn into the dog kidnapping schemes of his oddball friends (Rockwell and Walken). Things take a turn for the worse when a gangster’s (Rourke) mutt goes missing.
It’s not entirely clear when the movie might shoot, but it’s currently being sold at Cannes.
