Logan Marshall-Green has come aboard Ridley Scott’s sci-fi thriller Prometheus (the movie that was an alien prequel, but now apparently isn’t, although it’s linked in at the same time), according to Deadline. He will be joining Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, and Kate Dickie..
Logan Marshall-Green will play Holloway, a crew member of the space ship searching for extraterrestrial life. He’s also the romantic interst for the ship’s captain, played by Noomi Rapace. The role was reportedly a hot commodity in Hollywood amongst young male actors, but it’s the relatively little known Marshall-Green, who’s has small roles in the likes of Across The Universe, Brooklyn’s Finest and Devil, who scored the part.
Ridley Scott begins shooting Prometheus sometime later this month in the UK.
