It’s not too long now until X-Men: First Class arrives in cinemas, and the marketing is certainly revving up, with the trailer released a couple weeks ago and now two rather cool looking character poster for Magneto and Professor X arriving, (or as they want to remind, this is the past, so back then they were just Erik and Charles). Take a look at the pics below.

Although there’s been a bit of fuss over whether the posters are official, it’s since been confirmed that they are. It’ll be interesting to see if more character posters arrive soon, using the same reflecting-the-future trick.
Here’s the film’s official synopsis: ‘X-Men: First Class charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.’
The film, starring James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, hits cinemas May 30th.
