Although the start of filming has had to be slightly delayed until March 21st, so director Peter Jackson has time to recover from an operation on an ulcer, most of the cast of The Hobbit are in New Zealand and yesterday took part in a press conference to talk about the movie and how excited they all are to be about to start shooting it.
The pic above of the main cast, including the likes of Martin Freeman, Rob Kazinsky, Aidan Turner and Richard Armitage was released shortly afterwards, while stuff.co.nz put footage from the conference online, which you can watch below.
The Hobbit: Part 1 hits cinemas December 2013, with the second part coming a year later, and despite all the endless delays, with the cast no in New Zealand, it’s now really happening!
