With the trailer now online, interest in the upcoming Green Lantern movie has really exploded. And now comes some of our first proper looks at the villains. While there’s been a few images giving us a feel for Peter Sarsgaard as the evil Hector Hammond in the movie, the pic below is our first clean look at the baddie. The make-up certainly looks well done, with Hammond’s giant brain throbbing under his misshapen skull. Take a look at that below, and underneath that see what it puportedly our first look at the other villain, Parallax.

The image below is supposedly our first look at the truly abominable Parallax, a creature so evil that it’s caused entire civilisations to destroy themselves purely out of fear and paranoia. It has ravaged planets and even strikes fear into the hearts of the protectors of the Universe – the Green Lantern corps. There’s been no confirmation that this is Parallax, but it appears that it may well be (The Daily Blam, where the image was first poster, certainly seems to think so). Green Lantern hits cinemas next summer.
