Over in the US, EW has published the first promo image for the upcoming new Muppet Movie, featuring Jason Segel (who will star and also co-wrote the film), surrounded by his new puppet friends. The image, which goes over a double-page spread, also gives us our first look at the brand new muppet created for the film, Walter, who you can see below in the bottom image, on the front right-hand side. EW describes Walter as ‘a sweet, slightly naive twenty-something Everypuppet who, in the movie, is the best friend and roommate of Segels character, Gary. Both Gary and Walter are die-hard Muppet fans.’ He also apparently loves the Muppets because he’s the only living puppet he’s ever known.
