While Dennis Dugan directed Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore and Big Daddy, after that the actor went off and tried various other directors, but in recent years it seems Dugan has become his helmer of choice, making I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, You Don’t Mess With The Zohan and the upcoming Grown-Ups and Just Go With It together.
It’s now been revealed Sandler is sticking with Dugan, by signing the director up for Jack and Jill, a movie he’s been attached to since last autumn. Cinemablend reveals the news, which they got the from Dugan himself during an interview about Grown Ups.
The movie itself has a slightly strange premise, with Sandler playing a set of twins, one a boy and one a girl. However little more is known about it, other than that it’s a romantic comedy.
