It’s difficult to know what to think about Dinner For Schmucks, as it seems to be a comedy about how cruel it would be for rich people to hold dinners where the challenge is to bring the biggest idiot they can find so they can laugh at them, while the whole of the film is largely based on laughing at idiots. So is it only wrong if rich people do it? Hoepfully the film itself will explain things better when it arrives in UK cinemas on August 20th. Steve Carell stars as one of those idiots, with Paul Rudd the man who reluctantly takes him to the dinner. Zach Galifianakis, Jermaine Clement, Lucy Lunch and David Walliams also star.
