Although there are still mumblings from fans fo the original that there shouldn’t be an English-language remake of the Swedish teen vampire drama Let The Right On In, it’s coming (under the title Let Me In). Hopefully though, Kick-Ass will have shown the naysayers that that Chloe Moretz has the skills to handle the role of Abby, a quiet girl who moves into a house near the bullied and lonely Owen (Kodi Smit McPhee – The Road). The two become friends, however it turns out Abby is a vampire.
The film, directed by Cloverfield’s Matt Reeves, will be slightly different to the Swedish film, going back to the original source book (although hopefully it’ll keep the heartfelt friendship, rather than just turning it into a more generic thriller).
