Jonah Hex is one of those movies that despite studio protestations to the contrary, seems to be in a bit of trouble. With reports of extensive reshoots, a new director being brought in to oversee the original one and rumours the film’s release may have to be delayed (which Warner has since said isn’t true at all), there certainly seem to be a few problems.
Nevertheless there’s still plenty of anticipation for the DC comics adaptation, which stars Josh Brolin as the wild west bounty hunter who must stop the bad guys unleashing hell on Earth. While a couple of images have been released before, they seemed to deliberately keep their distance and hide Hex’s face, however now Warner has released our first close-up look at the anti-hero’s scarred visage.
