I wouldn’t be shocked if you’d forgotten the 2005 Emma Thompson written and produced movie, Nanny McPhee, even existed. However the Brit flick grossed over $100 million around the world and has been so successful on DVD that they’ve made a sequel, which is due in UK cinemas next March. Thompson returns in the main role, this time helping a mother (Maggie Gyllenhaal) with her two sons and their cousins, who’ve come from the city to escape the war. Once more Nanny McPhee uses all manner of magic to keep her charges in check. Ralph Fiennes, Maggie Smith, Rhys Ifans, Bill Bailey and Katy Brand all co-star, but click below to see the new trailer.
