We here at Movie Muser are very excited that Disney is returning to hand-drawn animation for the upcoming The Princess And The Frog. While we’re yet to be bowled over by the previews for the film, it’s still early days (and we’re certainly not joining the chorus of bloggers who’ve already decided the movie is going to be racist, despite featuring the Mouse Kingdom’s first black Disney Princess). With directors John Musker and Ron Clements on board, let’s hope it’s more than their Little Mermaid and Aladdin than their Treasure Planet.
Four new images from the film have now been released, showing off the film’s Lousiana bayou vibe. The movie will be in cinemas in the UK in February 2010, but take a look below for the four new pics.
